Price Match Promise

We pride ourselves on delivering great value for money. While we know we will beat our competitors on advice, selection and expertise, sometimes our competitors try to beat us on price. So, if you find a better price give us a chance to either match it or put together a package that is a better value. Remember we only sell UK stock. We will always make sure that you have the right gear for your needs.

We will price match where we can. We can only match like for like items (including brand, model, colour, condition and kit configurations), that is in stock and available for immediate delivery/collection. It must be brand new, boxed, carry a comparable warranty and be in stock at time of purchase.

Price Match conditions

• The competitor’s price must be available to all customers and include all applicable delivery charges.
• The competitor’s price must exclude any VIP; affiliate cash back, membership or personal discounts.
• If a product is not available to mail order then the retailer must have an outlet within 50 miles of SRS Microsystems Ltd.
• If a product can’t be collected locally the Price must include next day P&P if applicable.
• We must be able to verify stocks, make a note of the product number, its price and the competitor you want us to match.
• Price only valid against products from authorised UK stores/websites (not *grey) Price match excludes special orders and accessories under £50.
• On all 'Pre-order' products if the price is reduced, up to and including 7 days after delivery has taken place, we will honour the reduction in price.
• Price matching cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
