The Samyang 10mm T3.1 VDSLR ED AS NCS CS II is an extra-wide-angle cine lens designed for APS-C crop sensors.

The T number provides the actual amount of light transmission by the lens to the film plane. A focus gear ring is installed for follow focus system and the decoupled aperture gear ring works quietly and smoothly during shooting. The manual aperture system with low T-number enables natural shooting under various lighting circumstances.

For the first time in Samyang Optics' history, Nano Coating System (NCS) is used to create even lower reflection and higher contrast than the original Ultra Multi Coating (UMC) system. The optical construction features 14 lenses in 9 groups - among the elements, there are 2 glass aspherical lenses (ASP) and 1 low-dispersion lens (ED). This exceptional construction provides 0.24m minimum focusing distance. There are 6 aperture blades to be almost a perfect circle when aperture is closed which expresses starlike rays clearly and pleasingly.

The body of the Samyang 10mm T3.1 VDSLR is compact and solid, being made of high-strength aluminum alloy. Trustworthy images can be captured even in challenging environments.
