The Giottos Vitruvian VGRN tripods are designed to offer photographers lightweight and compact tripod kits supplied with a ball head.
Giotto's have designed the tripod with "reverse technology" legs so that when collapsed they fold through 180 degrees and surround the tripod centre column and head - this makes the kits more compact and easier to carry between locations.
The Giottos VGRN9225 have a maximum operating height of 135cm and weight capacity of up to 4kg. The VGRN9225 is manufactured using aluminium tubing and weighs 1.12kg. The MH5310-630 head supplied with these legs has an on/off control and a pan lock, a quick release plate and spirit levels.
The main tripod castings are made from a forged aluminium alloy for strength and the quick action twist leg locks require only 1/8 turn to lock and unlock.
VGRN tripods feature a splittable centre column to improve low level photography options and all VGRN tripods are supplied with a carry bag.
